Not sure if anyone is actually looking at this blog but maybe its my fault for not doing it very often and sometimes I can use the excuse that we need power which we don't always have.
We have just moved into our house sit here in Medowie which is just north of Newcastle very close to Nelson bay and Port Stephens, it is a lovely area and i think we are very lucky to here for the Easter break although the weather has not been very kind to us.
We spent 10 days just south of Sydney on the coast, it was a great spot right on the water and we could catch the train into Sydney for the grand sum of $2.50 for the day. Then we moved onto the Blue mountains, didnt take the caravan up the mountains but got some lovely pictures, had a ride on the steepest train in the world and on the cable car. The scenery is spectular up here, you can see why it is so popular with the tourists.
Can't believe we have been away for 6 mths, it has gone so fast, there is so much to see, on the East coast you only need to travel a short distabce between places not like in the west.
Greek Easter this weekend, looks like we have a church to go to for midnight mass and then lamb for sunday lunch, this is when we miss our friends and family. Easter was always celebrated at our house with all the family and some friends, it will a quiet one this year
