april 27th April

Here we are in Esperance, we had a lovely easter the weather was very kind to us and we spent time looking at the lovely beaches.
Arrived in Esperance two weeks ago and spent some time on the farm in cascade, Andreas worked on the farm with Micheal errecting a new fence, he enjoyed his experence on the farm although was happy when the fence was completed and could come into town to take part in his new favorite pastime, fishing.
Spent one night fishing from the jetty and was very sucessful, between Michael and Andreas they caught 41 herring. Then they went out on Michael's boat and caught 2 nannygai and a swallowtail and reluctantly two rock cods which had to be thrown back, Andreas had a great time.
Really enjoyed our time here and where made very welcome by everyone although it is now time to be moving on.
Heading North to Kalgoorlie, maybe we will do some work there. we have heard about some painting work going in one of the pubs but that could be a dangerous combination ( Andreas and a pub )
will let you know how we go.
I will try and blog a bit more often.

sunny albany 6th April

We have spent the last week here in Albany and the weather had been very kind to us, we hear that its is so hot in perth that its is nice that it is cooler down here.
Our friends Mary and Nic came to see us at the weekend which was nice especially as it was Andreas's birthday on the 4th, had a nice time but we drank too much , which is not a surprise!
Moved on to a point called Cheynes beach which is 50 k from albany, its very quiet here, i think everyone is heading in the opposite direction to us. the caravan sites are so quiet, no one around but it wont be long and we will be in Esperance with Mary Michael and the children for Easter.
Not sure where we go from there, up to kal then maybe carry on across up and across to Geraldton, it all depends how long the weather stays kind to us. Maybe across the nullarbor and then to Adelaide then up the red center. We dont know where we are going to sleep tomorrow, so not too many plans. Take each day as it comes.
Andreas went fishing, so fish for tea tonight, i even had a go and i caught three herrings on one line, i think the dog will be having fish tonight too.
Love to all our readers
