This is the band that played at the caves house Sunday session, we spent a couple of hours here, just a few glasses of lemonade, nice relaxing time in yallingup. The band played banjo and a washboard, good happy music. Left the hotel feeling happy, must be the lemonade!!!'mm

THE STORY SO FAR!!!

We are here now in Busselton its the 25th feb, we have been travelling for two weeks now and its surprising where the time goes.
Not spending all my time trying to find things, and guess what, not that this will be a surprise we have got too much stuff with us, definetely too many clothes and i imagine by the time we get to Esperance we will be off loading things with Mary and Michael.
Went to the Boya Brook music festival and was recommended to stay on a place out of town because there is a bus that goes back and forth. We thought this would be a good idea but it turned out not many people stayed in the camp site so the bus was very hit and miss and because there was not many people on the site there was not a lot of atmosphere. So our recommendation is to stay in the town, couldn't go to the pub with the dog because they had two bloody great big dogs and i was told that they a attacked a dog only last week, so we had to give it a miss. So i dont think we will be rushing back although they have a rodeo at the place where we stayed and maybe we will try it out but not at the moment.
The weather is beautiful and swimming in the ocean is so good, trying to get the dog in the water but he only goes so far then he stands and barks at us.
Andreas has had a go at fishing but not much luck yet, he is having an afternoon nap as i write this because he got up at 6.15, caught a fish then dropped it between the rocks( that's his story).

Just arrived here, great spot. Andreas is taking photos as I sit here drinking a gin and tonic. It's a peaceful spot, Bobby is asleep in the shade, biggest decision of the day is what we are having to eat later. Going to spend two nights here before we head off to the country music festival in Boya Brook at the weekend YE HA!!!!!. Sorry maybe the gin and tonic was a bit too strong!! Catch up again soon
